Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping areas

Ownivra currently ships to the United States and Australia, unless checkout shows that a destination is unavailable.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Discreet packaging

Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging whenever possible. Product names are not printed on the outside of the package.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages

Carrier delays can happen. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with the carrier and your delivery location first, then contact us through our Contact page. We will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund when a package is confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply unless checkout states that they are included. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Age and local restrictions

Customers are responsible for making sure they are legally allowed to purchase and receive the products in their location.
