Return and Refund Policy
Because Ownivra sells intimate wellness products, we handle returns carefully for health and hygiene reasons.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery only when the item is unopened, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
We do not accept returns for opened or used intimate products, final sale items, gift cards, or products that are damaged after delivery because of customer handling.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
If we approve the claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Do not send products back before your return is approved. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in the return authorization. The legal notice address shown on our store is not a return warehouse.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order after the refund or store credit is issued.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
