Shipping region

Ownivra currently ships within the United States only, unless a destination is explicitly made available at checkout.

If an address cannot be served, checkout may block the order or we may contact you to cancel and refund it.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is successfully authorized.

Orders are not typically processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery timing may vary because of carrier delays, weather events, seasonal volume, address verification issues, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive tracking details after your order ships.

Discreet packaging

Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging whenever reasonably possible. Product names are not printed on the outside of the package.

Shipping charges

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@ownivra.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may require additional shipping payment before resending the order.

Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages

Carrier delays may occur.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, ask household members or building staff, and contact the carrier first.

If the issue is still unresolved, contact us at support@ownivra.com. We will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund when tracking confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, any refund may be reduced by original shipping charges, return charges, or carrier handling fees, unless the issue was caused by our error.
